A contemporary workplace designed to support Seguin Morris’ continued growth while encouraging collaboration and interaction across the organization.

The Seguin Morris head office in Gatineau was conceived as an extension of the company’s existing workplace, supporting the firm’s continued expansion while maintaining architectural continuity with the original space. The new 6,000-square-foot environment brings together enclosed offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, and open collaborative zones organized around a central social hub.

A kitchen and lounge area anchor the workplace, creating a flexible gathering space for informal meetings, employee interaction, and corporate events. Floor-to-ceiling glass partitions define offices and meeting rooms while preserving visual transparency and allowing natural light to travel across the workspace.

The interior design integrates the company’s corporate colours — orange and blue through custom millwork, furniture, and graphic installations. A feature wall composed of vertical wooden profile panels displaying the company logo establishes a strong visual identity within the lobby area, while large graphic installations featuring corporate quotes reinforce the firm’s culture throughout the space.

Custom furniture plays an important role in shaping the collaborative atmosphere. Lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, and flexible seating elements introduce informal meeting zones that encourage spontaneous interaction and teamwork while softening the workplace environment.

Overhead, custom acoustic ceiling panels combine visual rhythm with sound absorption, improving both the aesthetic quality and acoustic comfort of the open office. Layered LED lighting systems — including architectural linear fixtures and decorative pendants — provide balanced illumination and enhance the spatial experience.

The result is a contemporary workplace where architecture, branding, and workplace strategy converge, creating a dynamic and flexible environment designed to support the evolving needs of the Seguin Morris team.
