The new façade of 1000 Sherbrooke West

The mandate was to revitalize the esplanade of 1000 Sherbrooke West. To give more life to the entrance to the prestigious building at 1000 Sherbrooke West, my proposal was to change the granite existing everywhere, including the steps, and to create boxes for natural plants on the terrace.

Specific lighting installed at the base of the plants has been planned to animate the access to the building. An inviting new appearance is created by the arrangement of new materials with the choice of perennial plants and integrated lightings.
