Seguin Morris

Séguin Morris is a company that, having experienced strong growth, has decided to open an office in Montreal, mainly to serve the electrical and hvac needs of the REM project. Located in a former industrial building, the space required a complete re-modelling on two floors and a warehouse.

In an industrial environment, we proposed to establish a friendly touch through contemporary materials using concrete, metal, epoxy, glass, all highlighted by the contrast of shapes and colors.

In a dynamic and creative spirit, the new offices offer an attractive and refined atmosphere that reflects the client's brand and image.

Concerned about the well-being of its employees, the client's goal was to offer a comfortable, ergonomic and open work environment, thus promoting communication and creativity within its team.
